From July 8 to July 10, our team had the pleasure of exhibiting at BuildExpo Kenya 2026 in Nairobi.
Over three days, we met distributors, contractors, developers, designers and project buyers from Kenya and neighboring countries. More importantly, we had the opportunity to better understand what today's African market is truly looking for.
Every exhibition brings new conversations, but this year's BuildExpo reminded us that successful cooperation begins with understanding local needs rather than simply introducing products.

Across many African markets, construction projects continue to grow while customers remain highly conscious of budgets and long-term value.
This makes cost-efficient, durable and easy-to-install materials increasingly attractive.
During the exhibition, we introduced several product categories that generated strong interest, including affordable LVT flooring in a wide range of wood, stone and fabric designs, laminate flooring with natural wood visuals, peel-and-stick wall panels featuring marble-look finishes and acoustic designs, modern interior fluted wall panels, and WPC decking and cladding for premium outdoor developments such as resorts, hotels and luxury tented camps.
Although these products serve different applications, they share the same objective—helping customers balance appearance, durability and project cost.
Many visitors were also interested in DIY-friendly installation systems, allowing projects to be completed more efficiently while reducing installation complexity.

One of the most rewarding parts of the exhibition was speaking directly with local professionals.
Some visitors focused on pricing and logistics.
Others wanted to compare different flooring structures or discuss which products were better suited for residential housing, commercial buildings or hospitality projects.
Several conversations extended beyond products themselves. We exchanged ideas about transportation, project requirements, local market preferences and future cooperation.
These discussions are often the most valuable part of an international exhibition because they help us better understand how our products can serve different markets.
When the exhibition came to an end, our work was not quite finished.
Together with our African colleagues, we packed our displays, sorted the remaining materials and cleaned our booth before leaving the venue.
It was a simple task, but one we believe matters.
As exhibitors, we are guests in every country we visit. Leaving our exhibition space clean is a small way of showing respect to the organizers, our partners and this beautiful land that welcomed us over the past few days.
Africa continues to present exciting opportunities for the building materials industry.
As infrastructure develops and housing demand grows, we believe customers will continue looking for products that combine reliable performance, practical installation and competitive pricing.
We are grateful to everyone who visited our booth, shared ideas and discussed future projects with us during BuildExpo Kenya 2026.
If we did not have enough time to continue our conversation during the exhibition, we would be pleased to reconnect.
Whether you are looking for flooring, wall decoration materials or outdoor solutions for your next project, our team is always happy to discuss ideas and explore the possibilities together.
We look forward to seeing you again—either at the next exhibition or in your market.
